Default And not until '07 - with the program in effect for the full term on cars sold before then.

It's another $550 to buy the service up front if you think your local dealer is worth your dollars. Otherwise you are free to use a good independent.

Default hmm, this may put pressure on local dealers to work better to "win" your business.

Introducing competition to the dealer may be a good thing.
