I have a 2018 A3 without Navigation. I am noticing something extremely strange and have no explanation. Also to note that this always occurs when using Bluetooth and my iPhone XS Max with the latest iOS 12. Basically, when I turn on the car, the Media Playback with sometimes say "Media: Playback" and it shows a list of songs. Then, without me doing anything, I will turn on the car and it says "Media Playback: Shane Ketterman's iPhone" and it shows a single song with a little image where album artwork would go.

I'm totally confused on why it switches to this mode and what is controlling that because I like this mode a lot and also wish I could see the album artwork.

Anyone else having this issue or know how to control this?
