Neuspeed short shifter installed and OMG! What a difference...
-Throw is dramatically shorter and feels much more than a 40% reduction.
-Gear changes are incredibly crisp compared to the stock mushy feeling
-Shifting possible with fingers instead of wrist of now.

My p-flo was easy to move to get to the shifter but it shoud be easy with the stock air box too...
Buy some rubber gloves and be very careful when removing the clips on the shifter cable and shifter lever. Very simple to remove with your hand but you don't wanna drop one in the engine. Also, I used Mobil 1 Synthetic Grease.
