Default Newb question: What's the procedure for selling a car private party with a loan on it?

Audi Financial has the pink slip, so what is the procedure for transferring ownership, since I cannot sign a pink slip or anything, but need the money to send in to Audi to get it?

I've only sold cars I've owned outright via private party before...

TIA

Default Thx. I will always look fondly at the Audis...

I have decided I am going to go with a plush luxury vehicle and forgo sports cars for the time being. Gonna take out a lease for the next 3 years on an Infiniti FX35 and enjoy the koosh ride, I think.

Found one I really like for $2000 under invoice. Gonna do some more research tonight and sleep on it first, but I think I'm gonna go for it tomorrow.

Doesn't the FX get revamped any day now? Make sure you love the car, no matter the deal.

Default Man! Why'd you have to throw mud in the water? :p

The FX is staying the same, but it looks like the 'EX' is coming out fourth quarter this year. It's like 1/2 way between the G35 and FX.

I will have to investigate this further... in the meantime, I shall drive my grandmother's Avalon.

Default Ok, it looks like the EX comes out next year (actual 2008, not "2008")

I may still therefore consider a 21-month lease on the FX (6 months in a long time without a car).

Yet more to consider... *sigh*
