On and Off check engine light.....
I had a CEL come on about a month ago while driving 60 mph. Last fill up was like 3 days earlier. The day before my 15K, it went out. The dealer said there were no codes stored. Two days after I leave the dealer it comes back on and stays on. Again, don't think it is the gas gap deal cause I did not fill up yet. Any thoughts? I thought it always registered something?
I will probably bring it in while the CEL is still on to see what they can find.

CEL could be so many things
Without any additional info it's useless to speculate. Just go get the code scanned.
I ended up buying a OBDII scanner and using the freeware VAG SW for our A4 because the CEL was on constantly. I see Audi still knows how to make a CEL work.
