Check Engine Light

Does anyone have any idea as to what might trigger the check engine light besides a bad coil pack ?
The check engine light came on yesterday but car feels fine.

there's about 1 million things that could trigger it, go to autozone and have them read the code(s)

Go to autozone or use the VAG tool to scan the codes and it will tell you. I had 2 engine codes before without feeling any problems but vacuum pipe crack.

low blinker fluid.

actually, it could be anything from coilpacks to a faulty gas cap.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago

A week after changing out coilpacks for Hitachi Es, I got the CEL (solid, not blinking)..

Made an appointment at my indy shop for the next week as the car was running fine and they were busy... 6 days later, CEL went away by itself! ????

I'm thinking I should get my car VAG-COMed just in case (plus I have an airbag light on), but no AutoZones in Canada =)
