Squeeking seats

My (drivers) seat is squeeking/creaking.....

I remember someone saying spray silicone spary on some of it - where abouts should I spary the stuff????

Id love to know as mine still do it! As do the belt buckles, drives me nuts!

The seats in my 1.8T (leather) did too...and creaked!!
Complained to dealer and car returned - QUIET!

It appeared they sprayed copper grease (it can be bought in an aerosol can) on every moving/pivoting/sliding part under the seats.
Some protection for the carpets is clearly a 'must' and a wipe off of the excess.
I moved the seat about a bit - back/fore/up/down/ tilt etc several times... but it brought silence!

Can't offer any thoughts on the seat belt buckles.
