Default Didn't say I can't handle the b5.. big difference between having a sloppy car and

being able to handle it.

There is a good reason why companies came up with the snub mount and the DTS... On a good 1-2 shift the engine and trans move around so much they can contact the side of the tunnel. This also puts the shifter out of alignment making it difficult to make a clean shift.

but what do I know..not like I didn't build or work on some of the fastest S4s a few years back.

Default no cons of FWD were downplayed.. The cons of AWD were brought up

And all the no real audi is FWD people suddenly popped up

the only people having a problem in this thread are those feeling threatened that their car may have some possibly downsides.

You were the one who started to bring up the measurements about can your car get through 10"s of snow.

I can tell you what 10 inches of snow and quattro get me.. Lots of cash suspension work once the cars start getting pulled out of curbs and guard rails
