Default Bluetooth Sound Revelation

So for those of you, like me that didn't RTFM, there is a separate input level setting for each media source. I stopped using BT altogether due to my sound snob issues, but cranking the input level REALLY helped. I still hear a bit-depth difference but with most of my music it doesn't make much of a difference.

There is hope for us audiophile/snobs in our A3/S3.

+1 nothing like the 1/8" jack. The quality is superior and I can't go back to the crap BT sound anymore.

I still use BT for the convenience. With my old mp3 player 1/8 , with phone BT. Too many clicks and presses to change a track on a phone without external BT control

I've been really enjoying Spotify "Extreme Quality" offline BT streaming on my ***/S3. Deep Purple at 30 gives decent percussion and bass clarity. Kinda like to try it on a B&O system for comparison. It's taken a while to get a working solution set.

I use Google Play Music music at high which I think it 320kbps. It sounds great, but still doesn't hold up to the 1/8 inch connection.

I'll pickup a cable to compare, thanks!

Spotify extreme is a similar 'lossy' 320kbs, and I've signed up for a Tidal trial with their 1,144kbs lossless codec.

I think Bluetooth will still sound poor compared to the wired connection
