other tire sizes? RS3
Anybody try a 255/35-19 front, 245/35-19 rear on a RS3 ? trying to find a all HP all season set to fit on stock wheels for the cold months up here, wondering if these will clear everything. the front goes from 25.1 to 25.9 in height

The most common alternative tire size I’ve seen people run is the 245/35 square setup suggested above. Seems to be a pretty natural/easy swap. If you’re looking for a winter set basically, you could switch to a set of 18 inch wheels if you wanted something a little more versatile.

There's lots of 18" fitments, and 255's fit with plenty of room all around. I have two sets, 18x8.5 ET35 with 255 square and 18x9 ET30 with 255/235. Running 245 in the back or a square setup introduces more understeer which would be perfect for a winter setup but not so fun in the summer. I plan to go the other way and run 265/235 next time but we don't get snow here. For winter, 225 and some tall sidewalls would probably be more ideal.

Because the RS3 holds a special place in my heart, I wanted to try and take some of the frustration out of choosing wheels that fit due to the large caliper and small MQB architecture combo.
What I've decided to do is use Post #1 and Post #2 for manufacturer confirmed wheel fitments without spacers and in what specs for the 8V RS3 Sedan. Meaning, I have contacted the manufacturer and they have confirmed by either test fitting or via craft expertise that those options will work.
I'm going to use Post #3 to list manufacturer confirmed fitment with spacers with the suggested spacer width. I will also use Post #3 for Custom wheels. Additionally, I’d like to do a section with Audi OEM fitments but that may have to be member confirmed only because Audi tends to not go on the record for "off-label" use of anything (End of Post #3).
This is not an all inclusive list of manufacturers but I will do my best to keep adding fits. I'm always waiting on other vendors to reply so I will be updating it as often as I can so check back for the most current info.
If any one has any requests for confirmed fitment, post the manufacturer name, wheel line, diameter, width and offset. Ill do my best to confirm it and update it into the appropriate Post.
If anyone wants quotes on anything please email me "Paul@SupremePower.com" instead of posting so we can keep the thread concise.
Note: Post #1, #2 and #3 info is meant to be used as a guide for the rims on Standard (non-lowered) and Oem camber cars. Tire brand and size may affect the final mounted fit and look on the car. If a manufacturer supplied a recommended tire size I included it but other sizes may be possible.
This info shouldn’t change but anything is possible so please make sure you make a final confirmation with the manufacturer if you place an order elsewhere.
