Default Thinking of selling my 18 RS3 to get a 911?

I'm thinking of selling my 2018 RS3 in favour of a 991.2 Carrera T but I'm afraid I might regret it.

Anyone did a similar thing or would you do it?

Thanks a lot for your feedback!

If you don't need the back seats for anything more than toddlers and are looking to have just one car, I'd definitely get the 991 T.

pninja005,

In my case and not yours I have already owned a Turbo Porsche years ago.

So this time around I'm going for the 2019 RS3 Sedan because it's (Small) Super easy to see out of and POWERFUL.

Enjoy the Porsche as it would be a BORING world if all of us had the exact same car or vehicles.

Terry

check insurance rates
check out a ttrs and if you can't drive one, drive a tts, just to test out a little more tossable car.

Might as well get a GT3.

I sold my TTS to get a TTRS that never arrived (coz, port hold). I gave up, and bought a 911T. I love it, but it isn’t my winter or DD car.

I use the T for fun on weekend. I don’t drive it in traffic. MT is THE difference. My T insurance is lower than my Q7, and my RS5.

Happy to point you to Rennlist for more details.

911 is more refined, rides better and handles better but not as punchy. If it fits your mission, why not have a 911? (or both since they serve different purposes)

The 911 is the ultimate sports car. That's what I would consider buying after my RS3 (or now if I could afford one without waiting a year or so). While I wanted a small AWD german sports car with 4 doors, I would give up the 4 doors for a 911. I say test drive the 911 and find out how you feel afterwards compared to your RS3.
