Audi A3 TDI S-line; recall for diesel & Takata airbag
I am an original owner of a 2011 A3 TDI S-line. I searched the forum on the above recalls; surprised not to hit any discussion on the long saga of the above recalls.
Just got another two letters from Audi USA, and my local dealer claims to have started with the replacements.
But the lawsuits are not yet finalized, under review by state authorities.
I'd be especially interested to hear from owners' experiences post-fix. BTW, the Takata airbag is just a temporary fix.
Have any of you traded in for a 2018 Q3 or Q5? I am not overwhelmed by the proposition of such a replacement for my sporty small A3.
