Is this a stock GPS / Radio head unit?
I am looking for an Audi A3 Sportback / 5 doors and I found one looks really good (had all the options I am looking for, low mileage, etc...). It's a 2010 Audi A3 sportsback TDI. It's not local to me, so before I take a road trip to go take a look at it, I've been trying to gather as much information as possible about it. I have been exchanging emails with the current owner and she's sent me some photos of the car.
When I looked at the radio / GPS head unit, it does look like a Audi unit but it's not the one that I would have expected on that model / vintage car (for example there are two slots for SD cards on the front of the unit - lower right corner). I've asked the owner about it and she claims that how the car came to her (she's not the most technically advanced person... Not sure she's ever used the GPS on that car).
So here is a photo.
Any idea?
If that's an aftermarket unit, do I lose any ability to view / control various function of the car that are not related to the navigation / radio / sound system?
Thanks.
