Adding lights
I have a 2013 Audi A5 and I'm wanting to add after market led strip lights. I'd like them to be connected to the power that is used for the interior lights ship they only come on when i open the door. Can i get a suggesting on what fuse to add these lights to? Thank you

Normally the fuse protects the wire and the devices on it, like the switch and the interior lights, i.e.
battery+ --- fuse --- swich --- light(s) --- battery-
It is unlikely that you will find a fuse that is only energized when the switch is closed. If there are many lights or they are controlled by a solid state switch like the output of one of the cars computers, there could be a relay that triggers to power the lights. Not sure what that could be as I don't have a wiring schematic.
