Just purchased a 2017 S5 and I was curious about what the community would recommend for modifications. I am thinking of lowering the car by about an inch, new exhaust, carbon hood, cooling options, and possibly power gain?

Anyone in the US able to provide good tips on first things I should do maintenance wise on a 30k mileage s5? I'm brand new to the audio world, I come from the honda community so I'm excited to be part of the Quatro S car world!

Apr stage 1. Non invasive. Perfect power boost. 1k. Best thing I did to mine.

APR? I'm new to the world of audi tuning. I've also heard about doing a pull upgrade on the supercharger, would y9u recommend that or is that not recommended?

Apr is a tune. Electronic. Stage 1. Then you can add the internal mechanical upgrades if you want.
APR adds 100 horse and 100 torque. Makes the car very quick

APR stage 1 is a great tune. you should also get the TCU tune while you're at it. That tune really makes that engine run.
APR does sell a pulley kit and other goodies for the B8 supercharger.
