510hp S5 Tunning at ABT

Only when I thought S5 couldn't be squeezed a little extra juice, ABT sells an ECU upgrade to 510hp, 4.5sec 0-62mph, 182mp top speed

Looks like you missed this little detail they have on the site you posted:

ABT power upgrade up to: 375 kW (510 HP), 620 Nm

ABT super charger conversion

Its not just an ECU upgrade, but a SUPERCHARGER conversion plus an ECU upgrade.

There is no way ABT can bump the output of a NA engine from 340HP to 510HP with just an ECU upgrade.
