I am looking at a slightly used 2010 A5 Cab Prestige tomorrow. I have never owned a soft-top before. I don't have a garage but do have secure parking behind our house. Do soft-tops require much care and feeding to keep them from wearing or fading too fast? How well do they handle the elements from being outside all of the time?

They are fine just use a good SOFT brush with a good top cleaner, no Dawn or Joy and clean away. They require very little maintenance and should last years and years. With the top up you can't even tell it's a rag top. Very quite and warm
