Do you know if other Audi models parts can fit on the vehicle ?

Hi most steering wheels which are built for the A4/5 Q5, Q7 and if you’re handy rewiring the airbag loom, the TT 8J, R8 first gen and A3 8P’s can also be fitted to the B8, you cannot use the A6/7 C7’s or the A1 8X or Q3 8U and A3 8V wheels.
We sell the B9 wheels that fit the B8 with reprogrammed buttons that will work without issue. These do not need the decoder, hence no need for rewiring.
for gearknobs, those with side buttons can fit any sidebutton units, inter alia for front button units.
There also ways to modify side button ones to fit front button gearknobs
