I bought my car 2.5 years ago as a low mileage used Audi. I took it for its first service when required after the service the car cut out on me I was told I needed a new clutch the car only had 18,000 on the clock. The garage main dealer agreeded to go halves on the cost of a clutch repair. One year later a few days after the service car stopped fault clutch. I do not ride the clutch and do very few miles. I feel this has been an inherited problem somewhere along the line. The car also has a problem with an engine light which comes on intermittently when the heat is used. Taken to the garage but have never found the problem. I do not know what to do been driving for 30 years had Audi’s and bmw never have I had a problem or worn out a clutch before yet this has happened two years in a row. Any suggestions please ?
