audi s5 cab v6 problem

purchased a new s5 cab v6turbo 2010 model.having some issues with jerky and rough gear shifting esp 1to 2 gear and 2to 3 gear.took it to the dealer in toledo ohio who informed me there was a 'shudder update'.unfortunately no different after the 'update'.This problem is much more noticible in 'auto mode'.Has anyone else experienced this?

6,600 miles and the trans is smooth as silk. Have never experienced this. BTW, where did you pick up a turbo? Mine is a Supercharged V6. J/K ;-)

my error it is supercharged not a turbo sorry

Hi. I've had my S5 cab for just over a year now. I felt the shifting from 1->2 and 2->3 was also initially abrupt or jerky. When I had the 6mo/5k mile service completed I requested firmware updates as I had seen a mention of them here on the forums.

I felt the shift quality did improve from that upgrade. I think the shifting quality is now just right.
