Well, then I think you deserve whatever losses you take. You signed a contract to
lease one car while knowing you'd already ordered another one, soon to be delivered. I don't think you deserve to break a contract, one which you *knew* you would be breaking, without penalty.

he will incur NO penalty at all if he can sell the car. A lease is nothing more than....
paying for the car in a different way.
There is buy out option that you can do at ANY time during ANY lease.
In most cases, you get majorly screwed doing this after a few months because the buy out is usually much more than the car is worth. This is completely different with the S5 since it's worth so much more due to the demand.
I'm in the process of doing just this as we speak.

Well you know, the M3 deposit if fully refundable and the more I drive the S5, the more I fall in love with the car. It is a gorgeous car and the M3 has the same box design as the previous. I guess I will just stop reading articles on the M3. Then again if I wanted only performance I would have put a deposit on the GT-R but I can not see paying that much for a Japanese car plus it is damn ugly. I guess I will keep the S5 and upgrade to the RS5 when the lease matures. Thanks for all the feedback!

I'm not messing with you - if you want to get rid of your S5 without ANY hit, I really think you can
I'm not sure I would have leased a car knowing I was going to get rid of it.
But, now that I've leased and I'm getting rid of it, I can tell you, the market is out there.
You can get out of it if you want to.
Don't do it again though because next time you might not be so lucky.
