Buy now or wait...
I was looking to order the 3.2 A5 from the dealer, but I was told that there will not be a 2011 A5 V6. I wanted the extra power of the V6 without the poorer fuel economy of the S5 V8. Right now, I have 3 options.
(1) Order the 2.0 A5 Prestige exactly how I want it (except for the V6)
(2) Look for the closest match to what I want at the local dealers (I would not actually to be able to do this option until August which would limit my already limited choice of 3.2 Prestige models)
(3) Wait a year and hope the S5 coupe goes to turbo-charged V6 like the cab
What are the chances that the S5 goes V6 next year? Also, I read somewhere that there may be a face-lift next year for the A5/S5. I already love the way it looks and I am worried that a face-lift may not make it look better (for example, I don't like the new look of the Acura TL). Is there any truth to that?
What do you think I should do? Also, if anyone has any more news on the 2011 or 2012 models please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Like gd10 mentioned, the supercharged V6 comes as a 2012 model and will be available likely around July/August 2011. So, if you can wait a little over a year, that would be the way I would go.
Between the V6 and 2.0T, if you don't mind mildly modding your cars, you could install an APR or GIAC chip into the 2.0T which will bump up the performance to essentially match the 3.2 V6. If you're comfortable with a chip (which is VERY reliable), than this is the route you should go.
In the end, you should make sure to get all the features you want and the exact color combo you want. If you don't get something you want, you'll likely regret it after a few months.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear before, but my options are order 2011 2.0 A5, look for a 2010 3.2 A5 in stock, or wait until 2011 to order a 2012 V6 S5 (if its available).

I'm not familiar with any cosmetic or option package changes for 2012MY, but there might be a thread or two somewhere on here that might help you.

The problem I have with this is that I have a job, but it will not start until about mid-July so I will not be able to make any monthly payments until then nor would I get a good finance rate as I am technically unemployed.
