Default Can I use bluetooth to stream music from my iPhone

I have a 2011 S5 with the B & O sound system. Does anyone know how I can stream music via bluetooth from Pandora on my iPhone to my car stereo?

I've tried to on my '09, but doesn't work. Siri does/as does the rest of the phone related functions.

Yes you can with a catch. Audi sells an AD2P kit for AMI that enables you to stream music bluetooth. But you cannot have the phone and music operating at the see same time.

I have seen some AD2P kits that say they are not for MMI 3G. I am far from being tech savy, but it seems to me that there should be a bluetooth enabled device that would connect to the MMI through the glovebox (just like an iPod does) that would recieve streaming music from the iPhone and play it over the stereo system.

Here is an excellent write up on a DIY conversion:

You're welcome.

Great thread. Thanks. They referenced a Blackberry Gateway, I have used that setup in a Porsche. Sound quality is good but you do need power and a way to connect it to your system. In my Porsche I spent $75 to run power to the glovebox and then plugged it into the Aux jack. I guess I could do the same thing with my S5 if I can find the correct connection cable.

Not sure about Bluetooth, but I was able to stream Pandora using an iPhone 4 and AMI. The concept is great, but the music is so compressed it's hard to listen to.
