Do we really believe that Audi can't put a power moonroof into this car?

"Deal breaker," I hear you. But note, I come from a TT Roadster as a daily driver...
... and the no sunroof thing in the S5 really isn't an issue for me. For five years, save for rain and snow, I literally had the roof down for every single mile that I drove the car. I always have the top down. So, going from no roof to no opening sunroof, you'd think I'd have a problem. But it's really not a problem. You just have to drive it to get used to it. The glass panel is huge and makes the car feel open and airy.

you're in Europe...
It's not on our order sheets in USA -- I entered an order months ago. But I think you can engage the break manually while on a hill by pressing the button each time you stop. Sounds like a pain in the *** but it's a bit of a workaround.

I'm in Seattle. And yeah, I'm manually engaging the p-brake on hills. Isn't this what Hill-Hold...
...Assist is anyway? That is, you need to manually engage it, vs. always being on? If Hill-Hold is always active, and thus I don't actually have it on my car, then I must say that I prefer *not* having it. A system like that, always on, sounds a bit obtrusive. But there's definitely a difference between engaging the p-brake on a hill (while in gear) vs. when parked. When parked, the car won't move with the parking brake on. When you engage the hill-hold, it disengages as you move forward.

Agreed.
A moonroof panel that slides open over the roof (as opposed to inside the roof) would be worse than no moonroof at all. I'm disappointed that they don't offer one like what's currently available in Audi's other sedans.
