Default Drive select is a must have.

Just got back from Cali for the A4 Launch every car there had drive select and the technology behind it is out of this world. I am still guessing it will be around $2500 but well worth the price, since you will have a car that can be suited for a much wider audience. The throttle response and new S tronic transmission make for a much quicker car, but the suspension and new weight distribution are the real winners here. Anti dive technology and many of the components from the A5/S5 the A4 is going to be a huge hit. Another great thing about the Drive Select is the 10% Automated Correction value for oversteer situations. To be able to market the same car to both luxury/soft ride/soft transmission to sport/agile/responsive customer will be priceless.

Default Will S-tronic also be available in S4?

When are they beginning to take orders for the B8 A4/S4's?

Quick commission number check (344217) while you're at it, if it's not too much trouble.

Many Thanks.

Default Great to hear "Blownaway" was blownaway--I asked for Drive Select...

...when they changed me to 2009 and have been waiting and salivating with anticipation ever since, just based on every review I have read. All reviews have been glowing, especially since it is not simply an adjustment for shocks; it is a totally integrated system, affecting steering ratios and steering feel as well.

My chant: AUGUST, AUGUST, AUGUST (repeat ad nauseum)!!
