Default Drive Select, Sport Diff.?

I'm looking at a used 2014 s5, I can see it has the drive select control but have been told the sports differential is a must. I thought having one meant you have the other. but I read a thread on here that says it not always the case? Is there anyway of finding out if it has the sports diff? below are the options listed but no mention of a sports diff, unless they assume that is the same as the drive select?

Audi Drive Select is standard as of MY2014. Audi Drive Select is simply the system that allows the driver to adjust the car dynamics between Comfort, Auto and Dynamic. The equipment level of the car determines what actually gets adjusted. This car doesn't appear to have the sport diff if that's the complete list. However it has the adaptive suspension. The Drive Select Individual settings in the MMI is the best way to determine what equipment you have. If the Sport diff isn't listed there than you don't have it.

ok, sounds like I'm going to pass on this on... I really want that sports diff. Just out of curiosity what do you guys think about a 2014 Blue Premium Plus 16,000 miles, options listed above for $48,800 before tax???

Maybe it's just me, but it seems that getting a used 2014 when dealers still have new 2014s on their lots which you can probably get for not much more with the discounts that they are giving to get them off the lot. Why would you go for used? This car has a lot of miles for being less than a year old. This particular car appears to have an MSRP of $58,650 unless I missed an option. You can get 6% off of that by simply being an Audi Club member for 6 month. So, that brings it to $55,131 and you can probably do much better by negotiating a deal for a leftover 2014.
