Hello everyone,
I’ve recently noticed that my car power levels decreased significantly, as well as a noticeable increased fuel consumption. There’s also this delay when hitting the gas pedal from a full stop, as the car always builds a few hundred revs then suddenly jumps forward. I’ve also noticed occasional RPM drops when idling or when shifting between gears D to N to R or vise versa.
After an VCDS scan I got this code 16792 (P0408) which is EGR related I guess ( Exhaust gas recirculation sensor B circuit high input ).
My car is an Audi A5 2013 1.8TFSI, 100k KM, was serviced recently, done smoke test for vacuum leaks and didn’t find any, new spark plugs, new engine mounts and the throttle body was cleaned.

I would really appreciate having any insights on what I could be facing here.
