Exhaust and Engine Breakdown leds

Exhaust and Engine Breakdown leds
Good morning everyone,
I'm new in this forum so I would like to thank you in advance for any help.
So, I bought an A5 2.7 TDI (2007) last week and yesterday the Engine Breakdown led intermittence led turns on. At that time the engine went in recovery and performance were very low. Turned off the car, then turned on and the Exhaust Breakdown leds turns on too.
This morning at start up I have only Exhaust led turned on, no recovery mode (perfect performance) and no Engine led on.
What is happening?? Can anyone help me? The G450 sensor was replaced 2 month ago.
