Default Howling sound at 70mph

2016 A5 11k miles. Perelli p zero tires. Have paid Audi maintenance. Wondering if the dealer will charge me if they determine tire noise. Sure sounds like a wheel bearing.

I suppose I could wait until the 15k service. Sound goes away at 75 mph or 65 mph

I had both wheel bearings replaced at 35k miles. It was covered on CPO warranty. Same symptoms. 2013 S5

Default Thanks for the information

Booked an appointment. Very disconcerting that a wheel bearing would fail this early

There are also lots of counterfeit fasteners out there...
Even though it's warranty you get to see the parts...look carefully.
