Hi all. First, I'll make a brief intro. My name is Matt and brand new here. Just got my first Audi...2015 A5. I already have a few questions but I'll start with the easy ones. I've read a bit about B8 vs B8.5 but no definitive start date of the 8.5. When was that? No idea what mine is considered. Next...premium plus or prestige? I've read some articles on sites like Edmunds, etc. I bought my car used (with only 10k on it) and it was listed as a premium plus. However, many features some articles say are obtained by upgrading to the prestige are in my car. Is there a way to determine exactly what version of the A5 I have?


On another note, coming from a fully equipped Silverado, I'll say it is a bit over-engineered. The infotainment system has less features than my truck yet is far more complicated. Still, it has what I need and is more fun to drive. Looks much better, too. I'll obviously upgrade a few things but still doing the homework. I'm in the land of snow (Michigan) so I won't lower it and not sure what performance mods I can/will do. Time will tell.
