lic.plate light bulbs

Can anyone assist me in attempting to change my license plate light bulbs? I cannot find "how to" in the manual regarding releasing the lens housing over the bulbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are 2 screws, one in each housing. Have you got them out?
