The AWE Track System and Downpipes are currently on the car. I have the OE Downpipes also.

Oops, misread then. Ad says you had all oem parts on hand (no proposed exhaust swap needed then?).

No- my fault. Typo. I have all OE parts except the stock exhaust. No swap needed.

I've been looking for a secondary car. I was planning on spending some money to mildly mod it, but this car already has anything I'd do to it. I know very well that if you mod a car you lose all that money when selling it, which works out great for the buyer. It irks me, though, to buy an already built car. Most of the fun is doing it all yourself.

We'll see what happens closer to August

I hear you fish - I guess something like this could possibly be your gain. Not to say you can't do anything else to it...either way. It is available for sale now. August will be my drop dead date - I can't imagine it doesn't sell by then, but if it didn't, there are several dealers that will buy it and I will sell to them.
