I bought my wife an A5 on 12/31, and agree that it is a gorgeous car both inside and out. This will be the first automatic that she has had in many years, but I told her that automatics have come a long way since the last time she owned one in the late 90s.

I also picked up an A5 yesterday, but with a manual. Could only find three cars in Oregon and Washington with a manual, so I had to pick up my car in Bellingham WA and drive home. Baptism of fire going over Stevens Pass in a blinding snow storm with only 150 miles on a new car. AWESOME! This car went over the mountain with no problems, except for the Escalade that wouldn't get the h*** out of the way.

That's the problem with driving in the snow. As good as Quattro is with all season tires, you are still at the mercy of the worst handling car in the snow. I remember returning from a Christmas eve party a few years ago, after a light snow - 3" to 4". About ten miles from my house there was a line of cars about .5 mile long because of one car that was travelling about 10 MPH. So a trip that would normally take 15 minutes was prolonged to around 40 minutes.

I want to do mine but I dread moving multiple Costco racks to get to a clean floor. I may do one bay at a time but that requires leaving two out in the mud and the blood and the beer.

What I really liked were the various driveways in Miami, like granite blocks...

Sigh.
I'm having my garage floors refinished this weekend with polymer coating and color chips. sad statement on my life that new garage floors get my psyched.

You have a Mustang too? I have a 2013 Boss 302 Laguna Seca.

Finally got a chance to install the HOEN Fogs last night. I took some quick pictures with my iPhone, so there are some weird exposures, but you get the idea.

Hoen Fogs

Side by Side Comparison - Hoen Left, Stock Right.

Both Sides Installed.

Very Nice! Easily the easiest and inexpensive upgrade.

Interestingly, the color from your first pics show a more silver color of your A5, and I thought it might be ICE SILVER, as my S5. However, your second upgraded fog pictures show the FLORETT SILVER with the Bluish/Silver color.
Ironically, we just traded in our Q5 for a similar colored FORGED SILVER METALLIC Acura RDX. The wife loved the color.
