I think the full bound of my patience + understanding has been reached and surpassed.
I demand that my card be charged back in FULL before the end of this business day April 30th, 2008 or brand new, working headlamp units be overnighted to me.

Just punch in a few numbers and charge back my amex...
Why is it soooo hard? Sigh...seriously I am trying to understand it.
I do not get why it has to be taken so far. Ample time was given prior to this original post and so, it never had to escalate to where it is now.
And now, one, yes just one, Audi community is watching, and the ball has always been in your court; I didn't put you here, I just threw in a stage light.
If I don't hear from anyone and nothing is done today, I will move ahead with my follow-up planned course of action.
