2006 Audi A4 rear passenger side window goes halfway up and stops goes down fine?

I have on 06 A6 and I have the same issue with my rear driver's side window. From time to time when I let it up, it will get half way up and then go back down on it's own. It starts moving real slow and then goes down. I have to keep messing with it and holding the button up and eventually it will slowly go all the way up. I'm assuming this must mean that the window regulator motor is going bad??
