I have had two S5's and an RS5. I fold down the back seats, remove the front wheel and then the saddle and post (mark the post height with a sharpie for quick fitment). Bike slides right in. When possible I like having the bike inside as it means I can still do spirited driving, then have a ride, or go into a restaurant without the bike waiting on the roof.
