Default I think either is exclusive at this point.

If I was 16 years younger and no kids and no need for AWD I would get the M3. Actually had one myself back in 1996. I haven't driven the new one, but can't see how you can go wrong.

Default After a few months there will not be any markups.

And it isn't hard to find a dealer that doesn't mark it up.

Default They are already on ebay at a discount. Even a blue one by me!

Lot easier to get my hands on that vs. the S5. BMW seems to have gotten a lot of these to the market quickly since it was just a few weeks ago we saw some with the $30K market adjustment.

Too late now

Default Re: I'm also 20, picked up my E92 M3 this weekend.

Thats awesome man... I'm from norcal. So I checked out both the m3 and s5 on Friday. My dad was ready to get me the m3 as I thought thats what I wanted but boy was I in for a shock. Bone-headed assumption on my part thinking the M3 also came in an auto version!!! There went my hopes for my dream car because I don't know how to drive a stick

Default S5 without QUESTION

AWD and way better styling is the KEY factors here.

M3 might be better on the track but WHO CARES. its very marginal and can't even be noticed on road driving.

people mistake the M3 for hooked up 335i coupe.

S5 all the way here...

M3. The M3 is a much sharper scalpel. The S5 also seems to look like an older persons car.

Default Haven't driven the M3 yet but that's my nod having driven the S5 a few times.

Wanted to like the S5 more. Nice car but not quite up to par performance-wise for me.
