Appears to be 03L 115 611 E? Should measure out 496mm from top (where the stick mates to the dipstick tube top) to the max mark, then 24mm from the max mark to the min mark. Mid MY09, they changed the dipstick tube and replaced the dipstick with a plug. So I don't know if that dipstick matches to the mm values. The mm values are correct, the question is if a dipstick that matches them is out there. The common 2.0T stick we talk about here would not apply.

I found this:
Audi A5 8T A6 C7 2.0 TDi Oil Dipstick Dip Stick New Genuine 03L115611AC (Item #256141) (prestigemotorservices.co.uk)
Maybe it could work?

Tomorrow im going to call my Audi dealer and see if they can help me out.

The problem with my car is when I look at the oil level in MMI panel I can see that the engine oil is disappearing very fast. Today the oil level in MMI showed
there was no oil at all despite that I added some extra oil for just about 1 month ago. I haven't seen any leaks and the car is working fine.

But im worried. Tm thinking that with a physical dipstick it can help me see if the sensor to the MMI isn't working.
What do you think?

I don't know anything about oil consumption issues with TDI engines. If you've not found dialog of such concerns, then one would assume it's leaking out somewhere. Or maybe burning up in the turbo. I don't know if/how oil is involved with the EGR device; I think that's coolant cooled.

It can't hurt to try the stick and see. Check the measurements when you get it and see if it matches the expectation, or if it's an additional variable you need to validate.

AC is for a different engine, or I can't find anything about it in the catalog. I'd still to E, it's the only speculation as correct for that engine. Unless you can physically measure the prospect against our expected measurements.

vw754 seemed to imply neither worked for his CAH.

I can't find any Audi application for the AC rev.

Seems to say it won't work on the cars modified to the electric sensor (Nov '09>). The catalog says the tube was changed at that time. Seems Audi really didn't want you have a dipstick. You have the measurements, you'll just have to hunt until you find one that matches.
