Senner Tuning has only one location in Ingelheim Germany. I'm not sure you can buy anything online, although I'm also not sure you would want to (the shipping to the US would be horrendous). In any case, what parts are you looking at? Most of Senner's inventory are not manufactured by Senner.
In any case, since I live in Landstuhl Germany, I have been to and bought parts from Senner. I purchased RS-5 door handles, KWv2 coilovers, and exhaust from them. I also had them do the installation work.
There was a lot of miscommunication between us, to the point that they actually installed the incorrect exhaust on my car. However, it was rectified free of charge.

I've seen that S5 in person, by the way. Very nice car, they are doing an RS5-looks conversion on it. It's actually Mr. Senner's S5.
