Default Stuttering right after startup?
Lately I've been having some very, very noticeable stuttering going on right after startup. If I rev the engine or drive its fine and the RPM's do not fluctuate while it's stuttering.

Any ideas?

A lot of people seem to have this problem (including me), you should be able to find some threads about it. I think it is normal.
