you might also check for a warped rotor
Once I replaced one of my rotors, the vibration went away (except for one section of Rt 3 in NH, which I assume is uneven).
With the warped rotor, I found that lightly applying the brake at highway speeds increased the vibration drastically.

I'm in negotiations for an M6 as we speak. That's my fix. The vibration is bullsh!t..
I have taken off the aftermarkets and I still get the vibration in my stockers. Something is wrong with the car and the vibration is annoying and embarrassing. If they give me what I want for my car, it's gone....
