Default UK: Component Protection Removal?

Hi all

I know this is something that's been knocking around a while so just asking if anyone knows where i can have the CP removed in the northwest uk ?

Just fitted a used Harman Becker unit as old one had blown the internal amp so fitted new one and obviously not working correctly due to CP in place.

CP removal requires someone with appropriate Audi servers access. This would certainly be any dealership, but also likely most shops that work regularly on VAG products (VW, Audi, Skoda, Lambo (should you have one of those)). There are people who do it remote too, but you have to have a particular OBD port cable and they need remote access to the computer the cable is connected to. You'll want to hit up audi-sport.net as well as that's a mostly UK based audience. They might have more references for resources there.
