Also, I wouldn't use the RS4 cab as a reference. Ltd. relase and stuff.

Default As a round number, yeah...$2k. Keep in mind though, the RS5 is in no way committed to carry the
high-strung 4.2V8 out of the RS4. Audi may very well develop a new engine in the interim, say a smaller displacement twin-turbo V8, or perhaps the first diesel RS motor (!!!!) which would render S4 -> RS4 comparisons moot.

Default I agree... in order to create greater product differentiation, it'll probably
be a V8 TT or a V10 or some manner of rather fabulous TDI... if the last is the case, I'll sell any marketable organ to achieve one! ;-)

definitely not that much base rs4 is $66K, cabriolo $73K, expect RS5 to base at about $69K.

Default LOL! You know what would be brilliant? A small displacement, efficient V10
with TT or an SC... that would rock! That or a TDI.

RS4 gets no better fuel economy than S6/S8, a twin turbo V8 would do better, especially with DSG
