I don't believe it's a scam. The guy has lots of posts on Ferrari chat and Rennlist and has the same ad running in both of those forums and if I had to guess probably Aston Martin, Range Rover and multiple other forums as well. Is very strange post though. My guess is his wife or gf told him get rid of the car and this way he can say "hey, I posted ads for it in 29 different forums with no takers. I don't know, maybe the economy just sucks right now".

im siding with the guys who have a problem with the OP. If this was legit, I would go and buy an S5 tomorrow and take out a nice big loan so i can pay 60K for a ferrari f430.
