Nope. Even though one of the OBD settings 'says MMI', the only options on the screen are 'early / late' and 'steering wheel vibration'. The Prestige uses a button on the cruise control stalk.
While the thread is ridiculously long, I highly recommend reading it all prior to making the ALA change, so you can be sure this is something you want to do.
Since that thread shows numerous items to be changed via OBD, and it's kind of generic, I recommend making a detailed list of what actually gets changed. Otherwise, if you decide to fully revert, you might change some settings to be different than what you started, and enter a wormhole that might be difficult to escape.

Has anyone tried the 'easy entry' setting for driver's side seat adjustment? I'm guessing this will auto retract the driver's seat to let you get in and out easier?
