This has happened twice, I will go out to car and rear hatch is wide open and windows are unevenly open along with headlights on. It happened about 6 months ago and again last Friday.
Key fob would be in my pocket in both cases. Dealer has vehicle at this time trouble shooting.

Just got car back for dealer. TSB 2048927/2 addresses the issue for trunk lid opening unintentionally.
They mentioned frequency reprogramming was performed so as not to catch unwanted frequency which may have cause my issue. Also adapted key fob time.
Hope this is the solution so I can sleep at night.
