2018 Mythos Black S5 Coupe
Sup everyone, just picked up my new '18 S5 coupe on July 4th! I meant to post pics earlier but was too busy these past couple days, just getting back from deployment, plus I went to Vegas for the 4th of July weekend (too much fun
).
My previous car was a loaded '15 BMW 428i Gran Coupe but lacked that amazing inline 6 engine. Anyhow, I test drove the 435i, and 440i numerous times, power delivery was excellent. Then I went and test drove this and wow! The AWD with the rear Diff, and adaptive suspension, just plant this car to the ground! The dynamic steering is a plus too. The V6 does lack that inline 6 feeling though. Another thing, this car is quite dead below 2K RPM's, considering the peak torque is suppose to develop around 1300RPM?
Well here she is! Tint suggestions? I was thinking 18% on the back windows and 35 % on the front. That front license plate will be coming off soon too!

Very nice!
I personally don't like the "chopped" look of staggered tints so I'll be doing 35% all-around, that seems to be the sweet spot to me.

I don't like the rear windows darker than the forward doors although here in Utah the forward windows can only be 43% and the rear or anything behind the driver can be limo black. So I will have to go with the chopped look.

I just saw your black sportback, it's stunning! The 30% looks really good. It's not too dark or light. I don't want to get a fix it ticket being in Cali though, they're too strict on the tint laws for the front windows.

Post pics when you get your tint on. I'm probably not going to do staggered, just going to go with an all around 30-35% tint.
