2018 S5 B9 Sportback - side markers

Hello,

Would anyone happen to know how I can get rid of the amber/yellow side markers on the headlights? I used obdeleven to deactivate them, and now just needed a clear cover to replace them. Any suggestions/ideas will be appreciated.

I covered mine with trimmed Lamin-X charcoal film.
