The 2.0T is hardly anemic. Not even close.

I like the debadged look and would want the ridiculous "45 TFSI" and "55 TFSI" badges even less than the 2.0T.

By that I mean Benz for example gives you the GLE as either a 350 or 450 engine, with the 450 obviously being the more powerful upgrade and the 350 almost like a lesser trim. With Audi I always considered the S/RS models as different animals from the A models all together, akin to AMG or M models, since almost all the models only give you one engine choice anyway.

Do you know what the last year model that Audi has the V6T badge on their S cars? I must admit, I have never notice that badge on an Audi, probably because there isn't too many S cars around here in New England.

I agree.. I have the 2.0 in my allroad and paired with the DCT ( I love this trans) it has plenty of "get up and go" and hardly feels anemic. Does it feel like a 3.0 of course not, but I have been pleasantly surprised with it in the allroad and also in the A5's I have driven..So much so that I may pickup an A5 SB with S-Line, BOP in the very near future...
IMO where the 2.0 doesn't work as well is in the Q7. The 2.0 moves it along ok but IME it wasn't as refined as the 3.0 in that application and felt at times that it was working hard to move the Q7 along. So that's why I decided on the 3.0 in the Q. .The 3.0 in the Q7 moves that 5000lb suv with ease especially in sport.. IMO each engine is good in it's on right, to each his own.

The 2018 S4 still had the V6T badge. I believe it was just removed this year. You may have not seen it because it was on the front fender, not the rear of the car.

Putting the engine size in the front fenders is so tacky in my opinion. I wonder why Audi only place the engine badge on the 2018 S4 and not the 2018 S5? Is it because the S5 is an upgrade over S4? So S5 owners pay more for less badges
