Default 700 mile trip in the RS5

Headed out in the morning for my annual trip to Texas for Thanksgiving. Colorado Springs to Dallas. I have the RS5 loaded down and the winters on. Expecting to hit some snow showers over Raton pass. I will mostly drive in comfort mode. I am very excited to see how comfortable the car is after 11-12 hours. My parents will be following me down in their Outback. I am going to try to stick with them the entire way so speeds should average 70-80 mph. I will let you guys know what MPG’s I am getting and how comfortable the car is compared to my old S5 and SQ5 on the same trip. I would love to open it up in New Mexico

Open it up. Tell your companions you'll meet them at the next rest area.

How are the sport seats on long trip? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Welcome back to Texas (well almost). Other than a little rain, it’s been a perfect past several days for cruising around, windows and sunroof down. Looking forward to opening up my A5 on the 635 express lanes later

Raton should be fun today, judging by the snow we got in north COS earlier...

What tires you got on it?

average 70-80 mph
That must feel like molasses in the RS5. Even on an S5, it can feel slow.
